Julian, the founder of Terra Construction, has a degree in business administration and is a consummate homebuilding professional. In addition, he is a “people” person. “Establishing relationships with people opens many doors,” he says. At Terra Construction, Julian ensures that the firm is thriving and that each project exceeds the client’s expectations.
Joaquin is an AIA International Associate with design experience on complex construction projects in New York City and abroad. He is a former employee of Terra and the founder of Arke, a design consultancy firm based in NYC. Together we have formed a strategic alliance to offer design and Build services. Mr. Boldrini designs and manages projects and ensures that each one is completed to the highest standard of craftmanship and technology.
